Empowering Single Moms
Single Mom University creates a nurturing, faith-centered environment for single mothers to thrive academically and personally. Here, moms receive the support they need to excel in their studies, grow spiritually, and build a strong foundation for their families. Through Christ-centered teaching, compassionate community support, and services that address their unique challenges, Single Mom University empowers women to pursue their educational goals with confidence. Our holistic approach reflects our deep commitment to faith, family, and education, equipping each mom with the tools to succeed in all areas of life and helping them build a brighter future for themselves and their children.
Our Community Journey
The New Vineyard Community Development Center launched Single Mom University in June 2024 with a mission to empower and support women through a program rooted in faith, love, equality, and family. This initiative welcomes all women into a nurturing environment that acknowledges both the challenges and triumphs of motherhood. Through access to resources, guidance, encouragement, and the strength of sisterhood, Single Mom University equips women to overcome obstacles, build confidence, and thrive despite life’s challenges.

We serve each client with compassion, dignity, and understanding, and are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and encouraged.
Support & Resources
We provide a variety of community support services designed to meet the needs of individuals and families, including counseling, support groups, academic readiness programs, and more. In addition, mothers are welcome to access the thrift store and child-focused resources available through our Restoration Center, offering practical assistance, encouragement, and support in a caring environment.
